Model: Archer VX1800v
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 0.12.0 2.0.0 v6092.0 Build 240329 Rel.14160n

Hi, I just succesfully installed the Archer AX1800 as an ADSL modem (using a RJ11 DSL connector installed by my internet operator. The speed provided is 250/50 Mbit/s and I am actually getting these speeds when connected to the WLAN. However, when I connect a laptop to the router through the UTP Cat6 cable (tried different ones), download speed reaches 250 Mbit/s, but the upload speed oscilates around 0,5 Mbit/s. There seems to be something wrong with the routers settings, but I cant find any ansfer to my problem. I would be grateful for any advice.
Thank you.

Hello@Bonviki ,

Welcome to our community.

Is the model Archer VX1800v? Have you tested the wireless speed? Is it normal?

Please check the wired link speed and take screenshots. Please refer to this FAQ: How to check the associated/link speed on a wired client.

Please check the QoS settings of the modem, and set it to 1000Mbps for upload. Or, please disable it for comparison.

Best Regards.
