Hi. My router is Archer VX1810v v1.0 00000000, not VX1800v. I found a new firmware on your site (https://www.tp-link.com/it/support/download/archer-vx1810v/#Firmware) but, when I try to apply the upgrade it give me the messagge:  "Error 71211 during upgrading firmware"

How can I upgrade ???

Thank you

Hello@SRobert ,

Welcome to our community.

When you tried to update the firmware, was any device connected? Please temporarily disconnect all clients and then try to update the firmware again.

  @SRobert

I shut down the wireless  and all wired clients.

At first attempt it give me the same error.

At second attempt firmware was uploaded but, after a reboot, I have the same firmare as before

3th attempt: "Codice Errore : 4503 Il file scaricato non è stato accettato."

4th attempt, firmare is loadded (bin, not the zip file) and router is reseting itself and ... SUCCESS !

Thank you.
