Hi,
I've just bought TL-PA8030P kit on Amazon as part of the lighting deal and I wonder where I could buy additional TL-PA8030P units? It might sounds funny but I've done some researches and everywhere they sell TL-PA8030P as a starter kit.
Regards,
Rudixx

@Rudixx I have exactly the same question as yours. I would like to build a wifi mesh in my home using Powerline to make an ethernet backhaul to my mesh routers (Asus Lyra) and, as you said, there is always only a KIT of 2 pieces to sell. I would like to buy a 3 not 2.

Hello, the current TL-WPA8630P is available as single unit.
If you need the extender unit only, then you can order three of them, otherwise, you can order a pair and a single unit.
It is recommended to buy 7/8/9 series powerline adapters if you have TL-PA8030P already.
Good day.

@Kevin_Z I don't want an extension with Wi-Fi. I would like to have extension without Wi-Fi. Can I disable WiFi from WPA8630P? Is it have the same specs of PA8630P but with Wi-Fi?

I see, the wifi function can be disabled; you can order a pair of powerline adapters which do not support wifi function and a single TL-WPA8630P; the wifi function can be turned on/off as you like.
For more information, you can read the specification page or the user manual on official website.
Good day.

@Kevin_Z . Thank you very much for your assistence. I did exactly what you recommended and everything works well. Now I have a question about the ethernet ports of each Powerline adpter. When all of them are paired, how the they manage the L2 ethernet network?
In my example, I have 1 TL-WPA8630P paired with 2 TL-PA8030P. If I connect multiple network devices on each powerline adapter, will they establish a L2 network with each other like if they are connected to a switch?
