I can't find my network when I search for it.

Hardware Version: V9

Firmware Version: 3.2.0 Build 210914 Rel.24052

When I want to connect the network to the application Teather I can't find and connect to my network even though I'm already connected to it.

Welcome to our community.

Please learn the Tether App Compatible Products, the TD-W8961N is not in the list. So it is normal that you cannot detect the modem.

You can manage the modem via Web UI.
