I can't find my network when I search for it.

Hardware Version: V9
Firmware Version: 3.2.0 Build 210914 Rel.24052

When I want to connect the network to the application Teather I can't find and connect to my network even though I'm already connected to it.

Welcome to our community.

Please learn the Tether App Compatible Products, the TD-W8961N is not in the list. So it is normal that you cannot detect the modem.

You can manage the modem via Web UI.

While troubleshooting, I’d also recommend staying sharp like a 3 patti boss sometimes small tweaks make all the difference.
