Good day TP-Link,

 

Been a very long time supporter since purchasing this Starter Kit from you. But as of last night, my TL-PA4010 (the small one) stopped working. Tried switching it another outlet, to no avail. The big adapter (TL-WPA4220) that came along with it works just fine, but since the small one does not respond, it has nothing to pair with. 

 

 

The product I bought was the AV600 Powerline Adapter, if this helps you guys try and solve my issue. Thank you in advance.

Hello  @Omega_Zero12 ,

 

If there is no power on the adapter,  please refer to the steps below to troubleshoot:
1. Change a different wall socket to power on the device.
2. Hard reset the powerline device and repair it. For powerline extenders, please press and hold the Reset button for 10 seconds to reset them. For power adapters, press and hold the Pair button for 15 seconds until all LEDs turn on momentarily. 
 

If it doesn't help, please contact local support for help.

If there is no power on the adapter,  please refer to the steps below to troubleshoot:
