My TPA VOIP does not function properly with my new router
Hi, I have changed my In-Laws Telstra router to a TP-LINK Archer VX1800v router.
The VOIP is a Telstra Priority Assistance (TPA) phone.
My new provider Aussie Broadband assisted with the setup of the modem and connection of the existing VOIP TPA phone, it worked when it was first set up but now the phone is not functioning properly, the phone does not ring ie. you can't hear it when you call the number.
Can someone please shed some light on how to fix this issue.
Thanks
Hoffa
