Parental control disappeared with update
Did today's update now steal controls gone and appears replaced with paid subscription? Should i nit be warned before updating?

Can you please provide us with the model of your deco units as well as the hardware and firmware version? You can find your hardware version on the bottom of your deco units and you can find your firmware version in the deco app by clicking on More > Systems

Do you refer to the firmware upgrade of Deco M5?
It is suggested to refer to this post: Deco M5_1.8.5 Newly Introduced Advanced Parental Control Features
All the free features offered in previous Parental Control versions are saved, and the new firmware version also introduced the paid advanced parental control version.

@David-TP i have thr same issue. Parental control previous settings disapeared, y cannot longer create profile, it shows an error that could not create profile. BUT the previous settings are running in the background, so i can not now disable the limits i previously set up.
I tried paid subscription bit thebproblem persists. I cannot acces or modify the previous settings

By the way, it seems like you have also updated to the latest 1.9.1 version for Deco M5. Did this firmware make any difference?
Have you tried to factory reset the Deco by holding the reset pinhole for 1s?

I restarted everything, updated firmware, rebooted, deleted and downloaded apps and nothing worked.
At the end, I deleted my previous wifi network and created a new one. That solved the parental control restrictikn working on the background..
Nevertheless parental control is not working on the new wifi network either

Hi, did it still prevent creating the new profiles? or the new profiles can be created, but didn't work as configured?
Apart from "Delete the Network" on the Deco APP, have you tested the hardware reset by holding the reset pinhole for 1s?
