BE550 router does not enable the 6 GHz band
I purchased the router today and configured all the settings correctly. However, my Google Pixel 10 Pro XL does not detect the 6 GHz band. In the settings, I created a separate SSID for 6 GHz, but it still doesn’t show up at all. My phone connects to other Wi-Fi 7 6 GHz networks in different locations, but it doesn’t detect this router.

Welcome to our community.
Do you have other clients supporting 6 GHz, and test if it can detect the 6 GHz of the BE550?
Please enable the 6 GHz guest network and use the Google Pixel 10 Pro XL to detect it.

Yes, I tested with other devices that support 6 GHz, and none of them can see the 6 GHz network from my router.
As you suggested, I also created a 6 GHz guest network, but that was not visible either.
Both the router firmware and the device software are up to date.

Do you also have Archer BE550? May I know if your network topology diagram is as follows:

Have you tried the suggestions in What if my device failed to detect the 6 GHz Wi-Fi Band?
Please note that both the router or access point and the network device need to support 6 GHz.
