OpenVPN Client Connection Failure to Third-Party Server on Archer VX1800v/ Archer VR600

Phenomenon:
When users try to configure an OpenVPN client on the Archer VX1800v/VR600 V3, they are typically required to enter authentication information such as a username and password.
Even if users enter this information correctly, they may receive a report that the OpenVPN client failed to connect to the third-party OpenVPN server.
Available Solution:
We have identified the cause, and the development team has provided beta firmware to address this unexpected behavior. Please download and install the following beta firmwares:

Note:
- Please be sure you have read the Beta Test Agreement before upgrading the pre-release firmware!
- For the sake of insurance, it's always recommended to save a copy of the modem's Backup Config file before upgrading or downgrading.
