Model: Archer AX6000
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: Archer AX6000(EU)_V1_1.4.3

Hello!

After a quick setup of my router, I couldn't find my Wi-Fi networks.
For testing, I used several devices, including some with Wi-Fi 6 support.
My devices can see other networks.

I updated the firmware to the latest available version, rebooted the router, unplugged and plugged it back in, and restored it to factory settings. Nothing helped.

I also enabled guest networks, changed the security type, tried hiding the SSID, and added the Wi-Fi network to my devices manually. That didn't help either.

One possible cause of the issue is that in the Wi-Fi network status in the web interface, the channel field shows the following information:
Channel: Auto (Current: N/A)

I can't change the channel, channel width, or transmit power—I simply don't have those options in my router's settings (including in the advanced settings).

I thought it might be a firmware issue and tried to roll it back, but I couldn't do it through the web interface, so I stopped trying.

Please advise what I can do.

Hi,

Do I understand it correctly that you already has this problem with the previous firmware version and only later installed firmware version 1.4.3, which didn't fix the problem either?

Anyway, if even a factory restore doesn't help, then the router must be faulty. I doubt there is anything that can be done by the user to rectify this problem.

In many countries TP-Link's products are covered by a 3-year warranty (indicated by a "3 YEAR WARRANTY" sticker on the retail box). So you might want to check when you bought this AX6000.

Hello@Navka ,

Welcome to our community.

May I know if you reset the router as below?  Use a pin to press and hold the button(hole) until the LED begins circulating blue to its factory default settings.

If you cannot find the SSID of the router, please try the following: Press and hold the Wi-Fi button for 2 seconds to turn on or off the wireless function of your router.

But if it still doesn't work, the broadcast feature may be broken. Please review Woozle's advice and contact local support.
