Windows 11 explorer.exe crashes after installing Archer TBE552E drivers
I bought a TP-Link WiFi 7 PCIe BE9300 Archer TBE552E network card. I installed it on my MSI Tomahawk Z490 motherboard, whose BIOS is up to date (currently version "7C80v1E"). I’m running Windows 11 24H2.
I installed the manufacturer’s drivers for my network card and tested them from the first to the latest version. After installing only the Wi-Fi driver (not Bluetooth) and from the very first restart of my computer, "explorer.exe" keeps crashing and restarting whenever I interact with the taskbar, the Windows key, etc.
In the Event Viewer, I can indeed see a Windows crash, but without any details about the error.
The only workaround I’ve found to get my Wi-Fi card working is to disable it in Device Manager before shutting down my PC, and then manually re-enable it after the next startup.
How can I fix this problem?
