Hey,
Having issues with my RV30 Plus max mopping path. Vaccum function works fine, have had the vaccum for a few months now and only just used the mop functions. In mopping mode it goes back and forth and turns around(see picture).
I saw a thread with another user with the same issue post the same issue but the thread has been locked with no outcome.
anyone shed any light?

removed the cloth from the mop bracket and tested, works fine so something to do with the cloth? Too wet? Don't get how that could be a issue when the cloth would always be getting wet when running?
