Thank you for reaching out. I understand that you are having trouble connecting your Wi-Fi AirPlay speaker to your Deco Mesh Wi-Fi network.
To help resolve this issue, please try the following steps:
If all devices are unable to connect to your Deco Wi-Fi network:
1) Open the Deco app, go to MORE > Wi-Fi settings, and double-check your SSID and password. Make sure there are no extra spaces at the beginning or end of the password.
2) Go to MORE > ECO Mode (if available) and ensure that ECO Mode is turned off.
3) Reboot the main Deco unit.
If only your AirPlay speaker (or a specific device) is having trouble connecting:
1) In the Deco app, go to MORE > Access Control (Allow List or Block List) and check if your speaker is accidentally blocked.
2) Go to MORE > Advanced > Fast Roaming and disable Fast Roaming.
3) Go to Client List (in the offline client list), find the speaker (if it appears), and delete it to remove any connection preferences that might be causing the issue.
4) Try changing the main network encryption method to WPA2/WPA-PSK or "none" (in MORE > Wi-Fi settings or Guest Network), then attempt to connect your speaker again.
5) If possible, update the Wi-Fi driver or firmware of your AirPlay speaker.
For IoT devices (like some speakers) that only support 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and are configured via a phone app:
1) In the Deco app, go to MORE > IoT network and enable the IoT network, then connect your speaker to this network. If your Deco model doesn't support IoT network, you can temporarily turn off the 5GHz network to help with configuration. Remember to re-enable 5GHz after setup.
2) Go to MORE > Wi-Fi Backhaul Mode and switch to 'High Capacity' to improve 2.4GHz performance.
3) Double-check your Wi-Fi SSID and password. Avoid using special characters such as spaces, #, $, /, %, *, @, &, brackets, non-English quotation marks, or non-English letters/numbers, as these may cause connection issues for some devices.

If you continue to experience issues after trying these steps, please let us know with more details about your AirPlay speaker model and any error messages you see.

Hi, can I have the model number of the WiFi AirPlay speaker?
Would there be any error message when it can't connect to Deco BE65?
Did you try to connect the WiFi Airplay speaker to the IoT network or the Main 2.4GHz network?
Deco BE65 supports changing wireless channels. Did it help if we set the 2.4GHz channel under the Main WiFi Network to be channel 11?
(IoT network will also follow the channel settings on the Main Network.)
Wait for your reply.
Best regards.

Thank you for the update.
Would there be any error message on the Google Home app or the Panasonic Music Streaming App during setup?
If it is the first time setting up the Panasonic CS-C-30 smart speaker, have you tried contacting Panasonic support to see if they have any clues?
By the way, it seems like the Panasonic CS-C-30 smart speaker also supports WPS. Have you tried to connect to Deco via the WPS button?
How to enable WPS function on Deco
Thanks a lot.
Best regards.
