Model: Archer AX23
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.1 Build 20240822 Rel. 42048(4555)

Since two weeks I have issues between my router and 65OLED706/12 from Philips. It's android tv. So when I connect to wifi I always see first: Connection limited, do you want to continue?

Afte I click on Continue, I see that I have internet in the device but everything is loading very slow or even not at all (streaming channels and recordings).

There are some threads on the Internet suggesting that I should switch date and time of my TV to manual, but it wont help.

ALL other devices at my home work fine: hue, ps5, macbooks, iphones, hisense tv. Before everything was fine with this Philips too. I am not sure what happened.

What else can I do? I checked with 5GHz network, 2.4GHz network and same issue.

Hello @HugoL3 ,

Thanks for contacting our community.

Here are some suggestions that may help you:

Check Access Control and Parental Controls:
• In the router's web interface or the Tether app, check the Access Control settings to make sure your TV is not accidentally blocked.
• Also, check the Parental Control profiles to ensure the TV is not included in any restricted profile.

Check the network settings on the TV:

  • For some smart devices, we need to reset them hard and connect them to the new network.
  • In contrast, connecting the TV to another network(like a guest network or hotspot) eliminates the limitations of the TV's network settings.

Also, please consult the TV's support and ask if they have any suggestions for this situation.
