It was working perfectly fine after first setup for months and one morning woke up to no internet.

Tried reset and everything after that but no luck.

It works perfectly fine in router mode with double nat but AP mode does not assign ip no matter what however devices connected to AX12 s LAN does get internet and ip as it should.

 

Tried reset but no luck again.

Unable upgrade or downgrade firmware as it shows upload error every time i try.

 

Also not sure if i have the right firmware cause i download one from Indian site which shows US.

 

Any help will be highly appreciated.

When you update the firmware, please confirm the network is stable.

You can try to install it again: Archer AX12(EU)_V1_1.1.28 Build 20250523.

If you use FW from a different region an error message should appear during the update procedure.

Look at the bottom sticker of the router - there you should see the FW region and HW version - details.

A US region FW won\t do the job - contact your local support for further assistance with your issue - tell them that you have (IN) region FW.

did contact support and they emailed EU firmware to install but no luck with the firmware upgrade as it fails at 40% :(
