I have my 3 deco BE85 already mesh and connected. I have another BE65 to extend the network range, but the app is not finding the new BE65 for some reason

Hi, would there be any chance to connect this new Deco BE65 temporarily via an Ethernet cable to the main Deco BE85?

By the way, did you manually add this Deco via the Deco APP?

 

By the way, can you detect the default SSID of this BE65 under WLAN settings, such as Deco_xxxx?

What color is the deco you are trying to add flashing? Are you trying to add it via Ethernet or WiFi? Try moving it closer to the main unit and see if that helps.

flashing blue, and it's right next to my main unit. It's not detecting

Are you getting any errors in the deco app when your trying to add the new deco? If so can you please attach screen shots
