Hi I have a doorbell D230S1 model and the battery is not charging up. Yesterday I put it on charge as the app stated it was at 18%, the orange led is lit up, i left it on charge for 14 hours and the led was still orange. I put the battery back on the doorbell last night and have checked today and now the app says that the battery is now at 8%. Its on the latest firmware and I purchased the doorbell from your amazon store in march this year.

Make sure the USB charger is a 5V output. Change a new battery if you have one, check if it works well with the doorbell.
