Hi,

 

I have a mesh network with 7 decos M5 working on access point mode. 

 

 

After update to 1.9.1 Build 20250909 Rel. 37570, the management by app and web page is not working well.

The clients access is working well.

 

What can i do to solve this?

Deco M5_1.9.1_build_20250926_Beta

  • Please be sure you have read the Beta Test Agreement before upgrading the Pre-release firmware!

Two decos are connected by cable to switch and the others by wifi mesh network. This is the network scenario:

Hi, did you set Deco M5 into Access Point mode?

There is a beta firmware that might help with your current issue. You can find the download link in the private message.

I tried to upgrade remotely but the main Deco can't reboot by app or web access. I need to do it locally. Thanks a lot for your help.

Sorry for late return. I did upgrade with the firmware that you shared but the problem persists. 
I did a downgrade to Deco M5(US)_V3_1.9.0 Build 20250722 version and still without management of decos.

 

Do you have any suggestion? Wai for 1.9.2 version?

I've left a message with the latest beta firmware for this offline issue on the Deco App/web admin UI.

Hi, the latest link should be another beta version, build 20251022 rel 64235, which has been further modified based on 0926 beta.

If this one didn't help either, could you please also help me submit the Deco App log so that I can forward your case to the senior engineer for further assistance:
