After FW upgrade to Archer AX58 FW 1.5.2 Internet goes Down after 8 ~ 10, LEDs keep Green
I have a mesh configuration with Archer AX58 + RE500X, both were bougth in the amazon.es in April 2025 and worked very well until the FW upgrade in the AX58 to the latest version 1.5.2 Build 20250812 rel.38324(4555).
The Internet goes down in Wi-Fi and cable LAN connections after 8 ~10hours of use, looks like an old issue came back in this FW version.
The only workaround possible is to switch OFF and ON the backside button, but the problem comes back after hours have passed.
Already did factory reset and re-config, and the issue continues.
I use that network to work from home, and it is very frustrating to have a video call or meeting where your internet is dropped and you need to go to the router and do a power cycle reboot several times a day.
Looks like the problem is already being fixed by TP-link, but I don´t know why still has not been delivered a new production official FW with the fix, as can be seen the issue was fixed for some users with FW beta version:

Please, lets move on and fix that issue as soon as possible.

@Joseph-TP Hey Joseph, many thanks, the upgrade was executed successfully, and everything looks fine, working as expected so far.
I also observed that the current CPU Load is much better now, it's around 35 ~40%, with the latest FW problematic one FW was around 50 ~60%.
I will keep monitoring and let you all know!
Thanks a lot for the quick answer!
Have a good day all!

Hello @LeoPereira ,
Thanks for contacting our community.
When the internet drops, will the internet light of Archer AX58 turn red/orange?
I will send the beta firmware via Message. Please let me know if it can help.
Manually updating firmware, please refer to How to Upgrade the Firmware on the TP-Link Wi-Fi Routers (New Logo).

@Joseph-TP Hi Joseph, as I mentioned in the tittle all the leds kept GREEN, that is why I mentioned looks like the router is a zombie no any indicius of failure...
Please, share the beta FW then a can upgrade manually and test.
Best Regards,
Leonardo Pereira
