NX200 5G bouygues support
Hi,
I bought NX200 and my operator is Bouygues in France. The device doesn't support Bouygues 4G, neither 5G.
How to add Bouygues 5G France support please?
Firmware up-to-date.
My 5G works fine on my smartphone.

So, since your last reply, the speed of my connection is really 5G, higher than my previous 4G connection.
I don't why, but I happy.
Thanks again, ticket closed.

Hi, welcome to the community.
I think Archer NX200 supports Bouygues 5G SIM service.
Are you unable to access the internet when using a Bouygues 5G SIM?
If yes, can I have some screenshots of the internet status on the NX200, such as:

Wait for your reply.
Best regards.

@David-TP First, my apologize because the SIM was locked. I unlocked and internet OK
Second, I have another issue with NX200 + 5G Bouygues :
My NX200 seems to be connect only in 4G, because the speed is exactly the same with my previous 4G router MR600. I confirm the 5G Bouygues is available in my city, and works fine on a smartphone 5G.
Attached pictures with Network Mode "all"
If I select Network Mode 5G only, internet is not connected.
I want to use 5G as I bought NX200 for use 5G.
Can you help me to add 5G Bouygues please?

Hi, thanks for the update.
From the "internet status" on the web admin UI, NX200 seems connected to the NR5G(Band N78) 5G network of Bouygues, and the network status also shows "Connected"?
(Is the network mode now set to "5G only" or "5G preferred"?)
Are you still unable to access any websites/apps when connecting to NX200 with the above internet configuration?
Or do you think it is not connected to the 5G because the network speed is not improved?
I think Bouygues Telecom still uses 5G NSA. The "5G only" mode on the NX200 only works for the 5G SA network.
