Model: Tapo C410 KIT
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.0.24

Unplugged solar panel for approx 1 month as it seemed to be not charging at all. Plugged it back in at 52% and it charges to 53% and then stopped yet again. Have done all the resets and factory reset etc to no avail.

My other c410 kit is doing exactly the same thing but it's at 82%. Any suggestions???

The increase in battery power can vary based on charging efficiency and the camera's power consumption. If the camera has high power consumption, the battery charge may increase slowly or even decrease, particularly when charging efficiency is low (such as during low sunlight intensity or short periods of effective sunlight).

Enable Solar Charging Data (camera Device Settings > Battery Status > Solar Charging Data) for the camera, and the charging data will be recorded and displayed with a graph on the Battery Status page.
