Model: Tapo P100
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

New Tapo plug P110 is paired, showing on app, performing actions on app to turn lights on and off but plug is not turning lights on. Nothing wrong with lamp, tried other appliances and sockets.
Two   other  older Tapo plugs P100 have gone offline and I can't get them to work. This was the reason fir purchasing new plugs. WiFi is fine, no issues. It's not the house or electrical issues. Anyone on here who can help?

For the new plug, try to factory reset it, see if that helps. If it remains the same, then it is likely a hardware problem. You may contact the retailer or local TP-Link support to replace this device.

As for the offline plugs, what's the led status on them? Try to power cycle the plugs, as well as restart the router. If still no changes, try to reset and reconfigure them. How to factory reset the Tapo smart plug
