Performance has become terrible
For the last two weeks my Internet has become practically unusable.
My deco app fails to navigate properly, failing to save settings on many tasks, my messages say I have a software update which disappears the messages also say I have had an intrusion attack. Although when I good to my security portal there are no incidents reported. The app won't successfully reboot either. The app is broken for me.
i feel this started on the previous firmware update
I also have spent am hour trying to find an official support ticket system.

Is your model Deco XE75_1.3.0 Build 20250722 Rel. 38703?
"My internet still keeps dropping out it will work for a hour or a few then drop then reconnect I have power cycled numerous times which results in a return of internet for a period"
-Would Deco turn red during the disconnection?
-Can I have some screenshots of the network map on the Deco App, such as:
- Would there be many smart home devices connected to the Deco Mesh?

@ImtiazAli I'm on the latest available.
i have turned off beam forming and fast roaming as suggested and the app is now responding as i would expect i can reboot and check for firmware updates now. My internet still keeps dropping out it will work for a hour or a few then drop then reconnect I have power cycled numerous times which results in a return of internet for a period

@MikeEvens Change the DNS server 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 in Internet Connection settings and DHCP Server.
