Model: Deco M5
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.9.1 Build 20250909 rel. 37570

I use a Deco M5 and an Epson Wi-Fi printer on my home network.

Everything has always worked well, being able to print from various notebook devices and even directly from mobile phones).

However, after updating the last firmware of the Deco M5 (1,9,1 Build 20250909 Rel. 37570), notebooks and mobile phones can no longer connect to the printer.

The printer is not in problem, because I took it to a relative's house, and I installed it on the Wi-Fi of his house and it worked there.

I've already restored the factory configuration of my home router and recreated the entire network, but it's no use.

What to do TopLink?

  @LucianoL72

Hi, welcome to the community.

Could you please refer to this link to help me submit the Deco App log:

How to submit Deco APP log

And if you check under Network Security, would there be any relevant attack records?

If yes, can I have a screenshot of the attack history?

Wait for your reply.

Best regards.
