D235 battery stops charging before it is fully recharged
Our D235 charged to 100% before first use. After a few months, we needed to recharge when it was at 20%. It would charge for several minutes, but then stop charging. It took several days to bring the charge above 50%.
Now one month later the battery is low again, but still stops charging.
What is wrong with this doorbell?
we are using the USB charging cord that came with the doorbell.

When using a 5V 2A charger, it will take about 6 hours to fully charge the doorbell. If your doorbell is still in operation while charging, it may take longer.
If the doorbell still hasn’t fully charged after a long period, then i think you should contact the support team and let them help to check what's going on. Contact Technical Support

@Dallaire Are you making sure to charge the doorbell while its off? - Have you also allowed the app to catch-up to show true battery % after unplugging?.
I found after it's first proper recharge after a month's usage, I noticed the % showed as 9%. Despite charging all day, it was after a few minutes the app would refresh and show 100%.

@Matts95 I charged it overnight and all day with it off. It stopped charging at 69%. I will do the same thing again and check it tomorrow, but it seems to be stuck.
