I life in New Zealand and have recently purchase the Tapo C410 x3 Kit and the Tapo Home base 500.

I'm considering purchasing the same deceived and set up for my Father. He also lives in New Zealand but travel back to China regularly.

If he already has the Tapo APP downloaded on his phone, would he b able to access the feed and system while he is in China?

Tapo devices support remote control by default. Generally, if the smart devices are connected to the internet, you should be able to access and control them through the Tapo app, no matter where you are (of course, your phone should have internet access). Network conditions may vary across different countries and regions. If you encounter any issues, it is advisable to contact your local internet service provider for assistance.
