Can’t connect Tapo camera

I have a Tapo C210 camera which won't connect to the internet. It connects to WiFi okay but have a consistent amber light meaning it can't establish a connection to the internet and device can only be controlled locally. I had no issues with the TP-link Mr6400 and phones personal hotspot.Any suggestions? I tried setting dns ton8.8.8.8 and disabling 5ghz wireless radio, firewall etc and no luck.

@Karim831 fixed. Had to create a new APN profile to force the router to use IPv4 this allows the app to establish p2p link to the camera. Wasn't an issue on tp link mr6400. I use EE network if anyone needs the settings it's attached (network - mobile wan settings)
