The tated voltage of MR100 is 9Vdc.

I want to use my own power supply to power MR100,with a voltage of 9.3V.

Is that okey?

It might appear to work initially, but long-term use can cause irreparable damage to your router. Furthermore, it introduces a significant security risk to your network.
