Real time Status for 5G/4G readings
Maybe I'm ignorant but I can't see why there aren't Real time readings for the status page especially when the CPU and Memory have a semi real time readings with 5 second interval in the same status page in the Performance box.

Do you mean that the “System Up Time" under Performance updates every 5 seconds, while the "Up Time" under "Internet" didn't change at all unless you manually refresh the web admin UI?
