the deco app isn't showing and connected devices and the setting arnt saving and I have deleted and reinstalled the app

Hi, the latest firmware for Deco M4_V1/V2 is 1.8.0. Maybe you can manually update to this firmware first:

Deco M4_V2_1.8.0 Build 20250721

 

By the way, apart from Deco M4, would there be any other Deco models in the Mesh network?

After updating to 1.8.0, if the same issue continued, it would be highly appreciated if you could help me submit the Deco App log:

  @David-TP  i have tryed that but it says that an error as occurred but ill try and factory reset and update
