Monday
Model: Archer TX20U
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1

Hello, I'm having an interruption in the tx20u wifi adapter 1-2 hours after connecting the adapter, there is a plugging sound and it never connects again, I just switched to this device, I was having the same problem with the previous tp-link wifi adapter, I thought switching to a new model would solve the problem, but it didn't work. I made the mentioned device settings, made the power plan and usb settings from both the bios and windows control panel, the driver was installed and I uninstalled the old driver

My system is Windows 11 b550m motherboard and my windows version is the latest version 25H

Hello@Hitabe ,

Thanks for contacting our community.

Here are some additional troubleshooting steps you can try:
For Windows systems:
1. Open Computer Management > Device Manager > Action > Scan for hardware changes, and check if the adapter appears under Network Adapters, Bluetooth, Other Devices, or Universal Serial Bus controllers.
2. Disable the PC's original wireless adapter in Device Manager to avoid conflicts.
3. Try connecting the adapter to a different USB port (preferably on the back panel, directly on the motherboard) or use a different PCIe slot if applicable.
4. (Optional) In Device Manager, go to Universal Serial Bus Controllers (usually at the bottom), double-click each USB Root Hub, go to Properties > Power Management, and uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power." Do this for each USB Root Hub, then restart your computer.
5. (Optional) Test the adapter on another computer to see if the issue is specific to your current system.
