Firmware Version :

ISP :

nc220 connection is lost after 2-3 days.is this due to latest firmware update?
i have to unplugg the psu everytime its loosing connectivity....
please fix it as soon as possible!

I have the same problem after the last firmware upgrade. Please fix. And maybe you could do something with the motion detection schedule, so we can use it as it should be.

Same problem here. My firmware is 1.1.7 Build 151125 Rel.24989

If it's a firmware problem, then we've hit a dead end, right? The first firmware NC220_V1_150629 is available to download at the downolad center but NC220_V1_151125 can't be downgraded, tplink says.

Any ideas?

just complain to them by giving all shorts of technical details grrrrrrr ;(

FYI, there is a new firmware update available.

Let's install it and see if the camera becomes more stable.
