Model: Deco X55  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.7.1

I get no internet from my Deco network. the lights on all 3 units are green, and the app states everything appears good, showing a green dot. I have tried all the usual tricks, rebooting modem and the Deco units. the indicator lights on all relevant devices are the expected colors. If I disconnect my modem,  the main unit's light goes red within seconds, coming back to green later. troubleshooting by my ISP says all is good. 

 

The guest network is the same as the primary, I can connect to the wifi, but no internet on any device.

 

 

update: if I force connect my phone to the wifi, despite no internet available through it, the app is unable to connect to my Deco.

 

Everything worked well until this morning. 

 

 

Edit 2: I had another router available, it seems at least one of my Deco units is defective, while reporting that all is well.

May I know your ISP? How about the internet connection type on the Deco, Dynamic IP, or PPPoE?

Have you tried to factory reset the Deco once, then set it up again?

(Maybe this time, we can use another Deco X50 as the main Deco)
