Hi guys, can someone pls help me...

My nintendo switch 2 wont connect to my home wifi after changing to new router.. It shows error code : 2110-3150.

But it has no issue to connect to my phone hotspot which is connected to my home wifi...

Tried restart switch & router still wont work... Appreciate if you guys can help me to troubleshoot the issue crying thanks!! FYI, Im not using switch parental control.

WPA2,  your game machine isn't able to use WPA3 or the 5ghz channel overall.

  @Bogle yes i did use wpa2 and setup 2.4ghz for my switch but still it wont connect to server

Hello @Guestlil,

 

Suppose all other devices on your network are connecting to the AX53's network without issue, and you've tried the troubleshooting suggestions provided by Nintendo support here. In that case, you can try resetting the AX53 to factory defaults, don't modify any advanced settings, and just set it up to connect to the internet, then check if the Nintendo Switch 2 can connect to the network.

 

You can also contact Nintendo support to check if they have any clue.
