Using Tether app, I click on more > Block list and add a new entry for a MAC address of a device at home to block, it seems added but if I go out of the manu and come back in, the new entry is gone.
Can someone confirm it is a bug, or am i missing something?

I've just tested it on my RE450 V4 (firmware version 1.0.30) and yes, you are right, this is a bug.
You can only add devices to the Block List via "Select Clients".
Edit: I've tested it a bit more and it seems that "Add by MAC Address" only works if the client device that is to be added to the Block List is currently connected to extender. Although this is rather pointless, as a client device that is currently connected can be added much easier and quicker via "Select Clients".

The reason I want it is to proactively prevent my child to connect to third wifi at home.
With your funding, I must connect my child's machine to this wifi once, and then block it as a client.
