Deco m4 homeshield pro and kidshield
Hi
I am not able to upgrade to homeshield pro, instead see the norton upgrade?
Also wanted to use kidshield but do not get the option when creating a profile.
Please help as bought the deco due to these parental controls.

Deco M4 doesn't support the HomeShield service kit. The Norton VPN service is part of the "Device Antivirus" On-The-Go service kit, which is available for non-HomeCare/HomeShield models, such as Deco M4/S7/S4.
The service kit follows the main Deco. If you add a Deco X10/X20 as the main Deco, you could enjoy the HomeShield and KidShield service kits.

No, Deco M5 doesn't support HomeShield either.
You can add a main Deco from the following compatible list:
