Black rug
I can't get my vacuum to go into a rug with a black edge. I have the latest firmware.
I understand this is because of the dropoff sensors.
I saw another thread that said they maybe some beta software that overcomes this issue.
I have tried adding the area as a rectangle carpet and it still won't go in the rug.

Hi Frank,
I contacted support and they sent a revised firmware for my vacuum.
It's now working great, it turns of the stairs sensors when you mark a rug on the map.

@Wayne-TP I'm having the same issue. I've 2 rugs from ikea: one beige one black, both same tickness. Beige it works ok, black it does not get into it, detect as stairs, and it I force in manually it gets lost. Just bought it, less than a week and latest fimware, 30 model.
