Model: HX710 Pro
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 0.2.0 3.0.0 v6082.0 Build 241105 Rel.68011n

i have two -  HX710 Pro V1  -  they are on firmware version:  0.2.0 3.0.0 v6082.0 Build 241105 Rel.68011n
my old isp will not provide any firmware updates for them and i cant seem to find the firmware on
your site.

i have used the aginet app to check for firmware but it does not seem to do anything can you confirm
if i am indeed on the latest firmware.

I also used the web page update that does nothing either not sure if that is because they are contacting
my old isp for the update or if they are contacting tp-link.

can you provide me the file for download?.  also are these devices safe to use after i have
left my old ISP.

thank you for any help on this

Hi, may I know your old ISP?

Firmware versions for service provider-customized models will not be uploaded to the official website, and the firmware upgrade needs to be permitted by ISPs first, so there hasn't been a download link.

I think you do have the latest firmware version, as your current version is much newer than what I found in the database.

The devices should still be safe to use after leaving the old ISP.

Thank you very much.

Best regards.

  @David-TP

The firmware version you say is newer than whats in your database, does that mean it is proprietary
from the isp if so how can you vouch for its safety.

can you upload the firmware for the version you have i would feel much better about using them
if the firmware came from tp-link directly.

if you cant i will just replace them.

thank you for your quick response its appreciated.

Hi, thank you very much for the update.

The firmware versions customized for the ISPs are also originally from TP-Link. Just the final release needs to be permitted by the ISP first.

I have no permission to upload the ISP firmware versions. If possible, it is suggested to reach out to the local technical support for further assistance:

Best regards.
