Firmware Version: 1.2.2

When I try to play certain recordings it only shows the starting seconds before jumping to show the next clip. Typically I do not get to see the bit where the image for the clip came from?!

 

Very annoying but, fortunately, there is a workaround: if I download the clip and then play the download, I can see the full clip. But I shouldn't have to do that.

Please ensure that both the doorbell and the Tapo hub have the latest firmware. Keep the app updated as well. How to update the firmware of the Tapo devices on the Tapo App  

 

You may try to format the SD card, or change a new card. Test it with another phone, check if the same thing occurs.
