Setup deco x50 as access point network to get good wifi in garden room and wifi signal is good now but seems to interfere with main sky q box and no network signal.

I set it up as access point to avoid these issues so wondering if someone can give advice on step by step to resolve interference issues? 

Sky q box is connected via ethernet back to main router which I connected main deco to as well.
