The problem I'm about to tell you is a generic problem that I would have with any camera of any brand, but honestly I was interested in buying Tapo because I read that they work well and have a good quality/price ratio.
I'd like to purchase four C410 cameras and an H200 hub for my home, but I have a serious doubt and I think it's a problem.
Unfortunately, my connection is very slow, and I don't know if I could handle the four cameras. I have a maximum of 20 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload.
I know the cameras are 2K, but that's impossible with this resolution. Do you know if it's possible to lower them to 720p?
I'll definitely have to replace my internet connection later, but for now I'll have to make do. When I'm away from home, can I use the cameras to notify me of motion and possibly view some camera images? When I'm at home and on the same Wi-Fi network, there shouldn't be any problems, even with 2K. The problem is when I'm away. I don't know if it's possible to view them in 720p and possibly record them locally at 2K on the H200 hub?
If you tell me that with this connection it's impossible to even have a single camera, then I'll avoid buying any device.
