Hello  @surutshah ,

Welcome to our community.

Here are some possible reasons and troubleshooting steps you can try:
1. Incorrect Time Settings: Double-check that the bedtime schedule is set correctly in the router's parental control settings. Also, ensure that the router's system time and time zone are accurately set to IST (Indian Standard Time). If the router's time zone is incorrect, the schedule may not work as expected.
2. Reloaded or Cached Traffic: Some applications may preload or cache data in advance, which can sometimes cause discrepancies in when internet access appears to be cut off. Try closing and reopening the affected applications to see if it helps.
3. Random MAC Address: Parental controls typically identify devices by their MAC address. If the device has enabled a random or private MAC address feature, the router may not recognize it correctly, leading to unexpected behavior in the schedule. Please make sure the device is using its actual (hardware) MAC address when connecting to the router.
