Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.20

I cannot connect my smartplug to the app. It shows it is in pairing mode but the app doesn't see it. I have turned bluetooth off and on several times and when that didn't work I reset the plug but still doesn't connect. I removed the plug and plugged in again. Still nothing.

I've tried several times but nothing works.
