Model: Deco M9 Plus
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Hi,

From time to time, (but mostly in the morning) my internet connection drops, I am wired to a Deco m9, which is part of a 3 deco mesh. Othe devices on the network through Wifi still have a valid connecttion. I have ruled out a computer NIC issue, so now I look into the Deco.

Looking at the logs, I found that it is flooded with these lines :

Thu Nov 20 12:56:03 2025 user.err csrMeshGw[15408]: MSGQ :: CsrMeshAddMsgToTxQueue idx: 0x0, Msg Len: 30, Repeat: 2
Thu Nov 20 12:56:03 2025 user.err csrMeshGw[15408]: MSGQ :: CsrMeshGetMsgFromTxQueue curTxIndex : 0, tag count : 2, length : 30
Thu Nov 20 12:56:03 2025 user.err csrMeshGw[15408]: MSGQ :: CsrMeshGetMsgFromTxQueue curTxIndex : 0, tag count : 1, length : 30
Thu Nov 20 12:56:03 2025 user.err csrMeshGw[15408]: CsrMeshMsgQRead: qId=0 errno=42, No message of desired type!!!!

Those 4 lines above repeat every 10 seconds on average. Why so many lines ? is this an error ?

I also have randomly those lines (not in a specific order)

I could not relate any specific message to the time my connection dropped.

Can you help me decipher what is going on ?

Thanks

Hi, welcome to the community.

Apart from the wired windows computer, are you having any other wired equipment? Did they also run into any instability issues with Deco?

It is also suggested to replace a new cable to connect the Windows PC to another Ethernet port on the Deco M9 Plus.

Please also check whether there is a new OS available for the computer.

The " csrMeshGw" related logs are related to Bluetooth. "user.warn dnsproxy" probably indicates the VPN feature is disabled on the Deco. I don't think these logs are related to the disconnection of the wired PC. You can use the MAC address of the laptop to search and locate the relevant logs.

Thank you very much.

Best regards.
