Deco S7 firmware upgrade fail
Hello,
Could someone tell me why I'm not able to update my firmware?
I'm running 1.5.2 and I'm not able to update to 1.6.1.
I have followed the instruction on the tp-link website, and tried to update through the web UI as I don't have the firmware update option in the App.
I have downloaded the 1.6.1 firmware, and when I click on update, it gives the following message - Upgrade failed. Please select the latest version of firmware to upgrade.

Try rebooting your deco's 1st by using the reboot option in the app then try the upgrade again. If it fails try changing your DNS to either 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1 for more info on how to change your DNS use the following link https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/1855/
Once you change your DNS try the update again if it still fails let us know

Hi, thank you very much for the feedback.
You might need to update from 1.5.6 to 1.6.0 first, then to 1.6.1.
