I've moved house and brought my Deco 4 mesh wifi with me. I was hoping to just replace the Trooli router with one of the Deco 4 units but that didn't give me internet access. If I plug the Trooli router to one of the Deco 4 then it works fine but my lounge starts to look like a CIA listening station. What do I need to do to replace the Trooli router with my existing mesh wifi?

Hi, is there an ISP modem in the new house?

" I was hoping to just replace the Trooli router with one of the Deco 4 units but that didn't give me internet access. If I plug the Trooli router to one of the Deco 4 then it works fine"

Do you mean that the topology "ISP modem---<Ethernet>---main Deco E4" doesn't work, but "ISP modem---<Ethernet>---the Trooli router---<Ethernet>---main Deco E4" works fine?

How about the internet connection type you have set on the Deco E4, Dynamic IP or PPPoE?

Please also refer to Unable to connect to the Internet for more details.

Thank you very much.

Best regards.
