deco x10 unable to configure the shark surf vpn client
I am unable to ge the shark surf vpn client configured on my X10 . I go through the setup and enter my username and pw for the sharksurf account and it says my Ip address is blocked as it has been accessed to many times.

If you try to establish a VPN connection on the laptop/mobile phone directly, bypassing the Deco, would the same error pop up again?
If you check the IPV4 address on the Deco App>More>Internet Connection, is it the same as the IP on https://whatismyipaddress.com/
