Internet not connected

I tried reconnect,it says try again later.

Also reboot says to try again later

There is Internet coming into my main fritz but wifi is turned off from supplier.

Main 1st unit I turned off and on again numerous times.

I have these for few months but 1st time this

Hi, welcome to the community.

How about the LED status on the Deco X1500?

Would there be any error message on the Deco App when "Internet is not connected"? Or can I have a screenshot of the network status on the Deco App?

 

Please also replace a new Ethernet cable to connect the main Deco X150 to the FritzBox.

It is also recommended to refer to Unable to connect to the Internet for more advice.
