TP-Link NX210- Will Connect but no internet access for some devices

Model: Archer NX210
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I’m having an issue with my TP-Link NX210 router and hoping someone can help. Most of our devices connect with no problems at all, but our Google Pixel phones and our smart TV will connect to the Wi-Fi without actually getting internet access. They show “Connected, no internet.”

We’ve watched videos, gone through all the usual troubleshooting steps, and nothing seems to fix it. The strange part is that when we test the exact same devices on another TP-Link router, everything works perfectly—full connection and internet access.

Has anyone experienced this with the NX210 or know what settings might be causing it? Any help or suggestions would be massively appreciated!

Thanks in advance.

Hi, welcome to the community.

May I know your SIM ISP?

It is suggested to set the PDP type to "IPV4 only" to see whether it helped:

By the way, what is the model number of the other TP-Link router here?

Wait for your reply.

Best regards.
